The Firebird team have created a menu as inviting and luxurious as the décor. FireBird styles its menu on the era in Russia when Catherine the Great inspired Russian cuisine with her love of France and its food. In the early 1900s, many French chefs found employment in the kitchens of wealthy Russian Families, thus influencing and perfecting native Russian Dishes such as Borscht, Chicken Kiev and Kulebiaka.
FireBird can host a private party for 5 to 355, with all the grandeur and perfection of the events held in the past by the Czars of Russia. The wait staff serve you in apparel designed by the famed Oleg Cassini in rooms displaying paintings by Vladimir Krivsky and designs by Alexander Benois
